Exchange and Return Policies
CHANGES
The user has thirty (30) days from the date the order is received to request an exchange or return.
Items to be returned must be unworn, unwashed, and have all the original tags and protectors, as delivered. They must be returned in the same bag they were shipped in, along with your receipt or proof of purchase.
The costs associated with the return, including round-trip transportation, will not be refunded until we confirm that the products are in good condition, if the change is for deficiency, poor condition or it was not the bikini requested by the client will be paid by us, otherwise the shipping will be at your expense, we do not accept changes or returns upon delivery.
Products on SALE cannot be returned.
Our return policy is in addition to what is required by Colombian consumer protection laws.
MONEY BACK
In accordance with the right of withdrawal enshrined in Law 1480, Art. 47 of 2011, the maximum period for exercising it is (5) business days from the date of delivery of the goods. After this time, we cannot offer you a refund, but we can offer you an exchange for another product, which you can make up to (30) days after your purchase.
To request a refund, you must write to swimwearpeach@gmail.com and attach your purchase receipt specifying which product you wish to return.
